Leveraging his previous experience as a medicinal chemist in the pharmaceutical industry, he is particularly focused on advising companies within the life sciences sector.

Andrew is an experienced international lawyer and a regular speaker at industry and client training events. He has represented clients in numerous pharmaceutical and medical device patent and regulatory disputes in the UK High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court, and has coordinated parallel disputes across multiple jurisdictions, including the UPC and EPO. In recent years, he has developed a practice advising Indian companies in the life sciences sector.
