About Marie Keup

Marie is an IP partner with experience in a wide range of sectors including entertainment, technology and life science. She acts for clients in contentious and non-contentious IP matters, with a particular focus on litigation.

She has represented a wide range of clients, from multinational companies to SMEs, in infringement and nullity proceedings before the Belgian, Benelux, and European courts, including the Unified Patent Court.

Marie also advises clients on IP rights exploitation and enforcement, digital content regulation, and every aspect of their brand strategy, including the development, protection, exploitation, and enforcement of IP rights.
