Eoin focuses on IP litigation with a particular emphasis on advising pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies in relation to patent infringement and validity issues.

Eoin has experience in multi-jurisdictional patent litigation related to major pharmaceutical products, representing IP owners, licensees, as well as generic and biosimilar manufacturers.

His practice extends to the life cycle management of medicinal products, regulatory advice, and advising on European data and marketing exclusivity.

Eoin has advised a diverse range of clients, particularly within the life sciences, technology, and telecommunications sectors, on matters concerning the acquisition and licensing of intellectual property rights.

He is an Authorised Representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
