Dr. Marcus Matuschek is a German and European patent attorney as well as a Unified Patent Court (UPC) representative. He focuses on patent litigation and nullity proceedings in Germany and opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the German Patent and Trademark Office (DMPA) in the fields of mechanics, electronics and life sciences.
Prior to joining Finnegan, Marcus worked for different law firms and gained experience in patent drafting and prosecution. He handled patent applications in various technical areas, including automotive technologies, particularly electric machines, the surrounding electronic parts and control methods; air conditioning systems; and medical devices.
