Nessa Khandaker, a solicitor, an intellectual property litigator and advisor in Finnegan’s London office, focuses on the full spectrum of IP rights, privacy and advertising. She advises clients across a variety of sectors including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, telecommunications, fashion, food and beauty. Nessa’s experience as a judicial assistant with the most senior intellectual property judges in the English High Court informs her distinctive insight into UK intellectual property litigation.
