Valentin Wagner advises and represents national and international clients in patent infringement and nullity proceedings before German infringement courts, the Federal Patent Court, the Unified Patent Court (UPC) and in opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office and the German Patent and Trade Mark Office. A significant part of his work involves the coordination of cross-border patent infringement proceedings.

Valentin has extensive experience in working with clients, in particular in the technical fields of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, electronics, mechanical engineering, as well as telecommunications and information technology.
