However, the UK's patent lawyers have held on tight. As such, the market remains more or less stable, with lawyers retaining clients - and some even welcoming new work. But, as the effects of the pandemic continue to develop, the future remains uncertain. While the market gets ready for a new year of patent work, disruptions could still lie ahead.
