JUVE announces IP awards nominees 2022

JUVE has revealed the nominees for this year’s JUVE Awards Germany, including the renowned JUVE IP Law Firm of the Year in Germany, and the German IP In-house Team of the Year.

The nominees for JUVE IP Law Firm of the Year are:

The nominees for IP In-house Team of the Year are:

• Deutsche Bahn

Every year, JUVE presents a trophy for JUVE IP Firm of the Year to one particular law firm in praise of its work and achievements over the past year. Nominees are selected based on their strong performance and strategic development in soft IP, patent law or both. Additional significant factors include dynamism in the IP practice and successful handling of distinguished cases.

In 2018, JUVE also introduced an award for the IP In-house Team of the Year. The winner is selected from five nominees, singled out for their outstanding work and dynamic growth. Judges considers the teams in both soft IP and the patent field.

In 2021, the award for JUVE IP Law Firm of the Year went to Hoyng ROKH Monegier, which the judges recognised for its cross-border litigation for international clients such as Intel, Apple, Gilead and Philip Morris. JUVE presented the award for In-house IP Team of the Year to automotive giant Volkswagen, distinguished for the outstanding overhaul of its IP department.
