Oscar Robinson is a partner in Kirkland’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group in London. His practice focuses on complex patent litigation and strategy in life sciences and telecommunications (SEP / FRAND).

Oscar has acted in many of the major FRAND disputes before the High Court, Court of Appeal and UK Supreme Court in recent years, including Unwired Planet v Huawei; Conversant v Huawei; Sisvel & Mitsubishi v Xiaomi; InterDigital v Lenovo; and Lenovo v Ericsson, and is known for his experience in this area.

Oscar has a technical background in biological sciences and has used this in cases involving antibody engineering, diagnostic testing and bispecific antibodies.
