Over the past few years, the UK patent courts have seen more FRAND and telecommunications cases come through their doors. This has, in turn, raised the profile of Brick Court Chambers’ IP-specialist barristers and their expertise in competition law. The barrister set was present on both sides in InterDigital vs. Lenovo. Furthermore, Sarah Abram and Sarah Ford represented SEP owners Panasonic and Ericsson respectively in two major battles over SEP portfolio licences at the UK High Court.
