This specialist patent attorney firm has maintained a stable presence on the patent attorney side of mobile communications litigation for many years. This stems from Joel Nägerl long-standing relationship with Samsung. He has represented the Korean conglomerate for many years in litigation across a wide range of technologies, as demonstrated by cases regarding 4G and 5G, network technology, and LEDs.
