The infringement battles against Amazon and expert Klein/expert e-Commerce have meanwhile come to an end.

Linklaters’ international patent team benefits from well-established internal collaboration between offices. The strong Frankfurt-Paris relationship is demonstrated through joint work for Seoul Viosys, whilst a Frankfurt-London team handles Playtech’s dispute over online gaming technology.
