About Marie Keup
Marie is partner in our Intellectual Property practice group and co-heads our Trademarks, Copyrights and Designs practice in Brussels.
Marie has considerable experience in drafting IP and IT contracts, including licence agreements, R&D agreements and confidentiality agreements. Furthermore, Marie is a known litigator and has represented clients in multiple (cross-border) legal proceedings at the Belgian court. Also being skilled in restructuring and insolvency proceedings, Marie knows her way around many aspects of business operations.
Marie is able to see beyond the legal matter at hand and takes time to match the end-result she aims for with the long-term objectives of her client. She is sensitive to all financial and commercial concerns of her clients, which makes her a trusted advisor that always keeps her eyes on your company’s long term goals.
Finally, by speaking French, Dutch and English, Marie is able to connect easily with all of her clients in the Benelux and beyond.
