Dr. Henning Lülf is a partner in the firm. He holds a doctorate in chemistry and was admitted as a German Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney, and European Trademark and Design Attorney in 2017.
Dr. Lülf has been working in the field of intellectual property since 2013. After working for renowned patent law firms in Hamburg and Munich, Dr. Lülf joined the law firm Wallinger Ricker Schlotter Tostmann in 2017. He is admitted as representative at the UPC (European Patent Litigator (UPC)) since June 2023.
His practice focuses on drafting patent applications and conducting European and German patent prosecution proceedings, conducting patent opposition and appeal proceedings, and preparing patent infringement and FTO opinions.
