About Tom Foster
Tom is a patent litigator specialising in technology and FRAND disputes.
Tom has a mathematics background and has technical expertise in fixed and wireless technologies, often in SEP cases or at the intersect of healthcare and digital technologies in the medical device field. Â Tom represents clients in high value and complex international disputes in the UK, UPC and EPO, and over the past 10 years has acted in many of the SEP cases that have set legal precedent in the UK.
Tom is one of the first London-based lawyers to manage a UPC case to trial.
