About Amanda Ebbutt
Amanda is a partner specialising in patents with expertise in the life sciences and healthcare sector.
Amanda specialises in advising and representing companies in patent proceedings in the UK and coordinating multi-jurisdictional patent litigation. She has recently been acting for Abbott Laboratories in both the UK Courts, Unified Patent Court and in co-ordinating parallel proceedings relating to continuous glucose monitoring products. She is active for leading pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers in a range of therapeutic areas and often acts on blockbuster pharmaceutical products.
In addition to practising in England & Wales, Amanda is admitted as a solicitor in Australia and Ireland. She holds degrees in both Law and Science (Drug Design & Development).
