Phillip Rektorschek has been working in the field of patent litigation for national and international companies for more than 13 years. He represents clients from the IT/electronics, pharmaceuticals/life sciences, and mechanics/automation sectors before all German courts and before the Unified Patent Court (UPC), where he handles many cases and has extensive expertise.
Another focus of his work is advising clients in the fields of robotics, Industry 4.0, IoT, and artificial intelligence. Phillip is also involved in complex disputes in trade secrets, IP‒related arbitration proceedings and drafts drafting and negotiats license and R&D agreements. He is on the list of arbitrators for IP disputes at the Shenzhen International Court of Arbitration (SCIA).
