About Dr. Holger Glas
Holger supports inventors, start-ups and companies from the chemical, chemical engineering and pharmaceutical sectors in securing patent and utility model protection for their products and processes. A large number of Holger’s cases relate to opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office. He also prepares freedom-to-operate and validity opinions on behalf of clients, advises in patent conflict situations and assists German and international clients with the development of global patent strategies.
