Peter Schindelmann graduated from the Technical University Munich as a physicist in 1994. From 1995 to 1999 he worked as an Assistant at the Institute of Astroparticle Physics and Nuclear Solid-State Physics in the Physics Department Garching of the Technical University Munich headed by Prof. Dr. Mößbauer. He received his doctorate (Dr. rer. nat.) in the field of nuclear scattering of Mößbauer and synchrotron radiation.
Between 2000 to 2001, Peter trained as a patent attorney with the patent law firm Viering, Jentschura & Partner in Munich. From 2001 to 2005, he worked with the patent department of Siemens. He passed the German patent bar examination in 2003 and a year later qualified as a European Patent Attorney. He is a registered European Trademark and Design Attorney. From 2006 to 2007 he worked for Maiwald Patentanwalts GmbH. In 2023, he was admitted as a representative before the Unified Patent Court.
Peter is one of the founding members of DHS.
As a patent attorney, his work has focused on the technical fields of software, network engineering, automation technology, optical sensors, medical technology, electronics and semiconductor technology.
Peter speaks German and English.
