About Sebastian Schneller
Sebastian Schneller advises clients on national, European and international trademark and design law. He handles all proceedings before the relevant offices and develops suitable strategies for the protection and enforcement of industrial property rights as well as for their monetization, for example through licensing or sale. In addition, he advises clients on issues of competition and domain law.
Before joining Thum & Partners, Sebastian Schneller worked as an attorney-at-law and head of trademark and design department in one of the largest patent and law firms in the Lake Constance region. He advised various clients, from individuals to medium-sized companies and DAX-listed groups, on matters of intellectual property law, in particular trademark law and design law, as well as copyright law, data protection law and contractual arrangements, in particular non-disclosure agreements, license agreements, purchase and distribution agreements and software contracts.
