Eoin specialises in patents with a particular focus on advising life sciences companies in relation to patent infringement and validity issues.
Eoin has extensive experience in cross-border patent litigation related to blockbuster pharmaceutical drugs representing IP owners, licensees, as well as generic and biosimilar manufacturers. With extensive international experience, Eoin has operated across numerous major jurisdictions.
Eoin is also an Authorised Representative before the Unified Patent Court and is active in advising clients before the UPC.
