About Dr. Wim Maas
Wim leads a large dispute litigation team within Taylor Wessing and specialises in patent and commercial litigation in complex technical areas such as telecom and engineering.
Wim is a great strategic thinker. Working closely with clients, he knows how to ensure that they feel confident in their (legal) choices. Wim is commercially minded and knows how to support and accelerate the growth of the businesses of his clients. He is an experienced lawyer with a deep understanding of corporate and commercial matters.

On 27 May 2021 Wim has obtained his doctorate in law from the VU University in Amsterdam. Wim is the author of the book ‘Dutch seizure of evidence from a comparative law perspective’, published in 2021.
