About Christian Dekoninck
Christian co-head’s the Patents & Innovation team in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Having more than a decade of experience, Christian is recognised as a leading IP litigator. Charismatic, determined and client-oriented, he is a true leader and is beloved by clients and team members.
Christian advises on (multinational) infringement litigation of patents, copyrights, trademarks, and design rights, in various sectors. Clients value in particular his experience advising on IP issues specific to the life sciences industry, such as the interface between IP and regulatory issues, including supplementary protection certificates, the Bolar exemption and data exclusivity.
Operating in French, Dutch and English, Christian can assist clients in all courts of the Benelux.
