Chris is a litigation partner in the Patents team with over 25 years’ experience advising and acting for clients on patent matters across the full range of technologies.
Chris helps clients with multi-jurisdictional patent litigation (including FRAND matters) and advises on freedom to operate, workarounds, product launch and licensing matters.
Chris is busy in the UPC, helping clients with PI, infringement and revocation cases.
