Dr. Christian Gärtner is a German and European patent attorney with comprehensive experience in patent drafting, prosecution and litigation.
Dr. Christian Gärtner regularly works in opposition and appeal cases before the EPO and is very experienced in two-sided proceedings – and is keen on reaching the best for his clients. Dr. Christian Gärtner will develop a most suitable strategy all the time for Oral Proceedings in such two-sided proceedings.
Since 2024, he has been a managing partner at Prüfer & Partner, a renowned IP boutique with a large international network based in Munich. Dr. Christian Gärtner has worked for Prüfer & Partner since 2013.
