Christian specializes in the design and management of worldwide patent portfolios, from active involvement in product development, to robust protection of the corresponding intellectual property rights, to opposition, nullity and patent infringement proceedings, predominantly in areas related to physics, mechanical engineering, digitalization and telecommunications.
Drawing on the experience acquired over many years prosecuting patents and designs, his interdisciplinary approach enables him to build a product-centred global IP portfolio. Clients particularly value his expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
