About Michael Graser
Michael is specialized in patent infringement and technology transfer cases. In the area of patent infringement, he supports his clients with damage calculations either in the beginning of a dispute procedure or very early in the process by conducting financial risk analysis or the quantification of potential damage claims. In the field of technology transfer, Michael advises on patent acquisitions and sales, licensing deals or provides the basis for evaluating strategic options for portfolio optimization. He also advises patent attorneys and their clients on financial aspects of patent strategies.
As a publicly appointed and sworn expert, he is regularly appointed by German courts as an independent valuation expert.
Michael’s case experience covers a wide range of technical fields, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, computers and software, artificial intelligence, automation and robotics or electric vehicles.
