The well-positioned chambers One Essex Court once again retains a presence in important European FRAND disputes, especially in competition law. The chambers’ barristers are particularly noted for their flexible approach to cases; many of its QCs and junior practising patent and/or competition law also have extensive expertise in soft IP. On the other hand, this year the chambers was not present in patent litigation before the UK courts in other areas of technology.
