Andrejewski Honke – Germany 2022
JUVE Comment
The patent attorneys from the Ruhr Valley metropolis of Essen make up one of west Germany’s well-positioned teams. They are firmly rooted among clients from the automotive sector, including TI Automotive, and enjoy a strong reputation for the defence and prosecution of patents from the chemical engineering and mechanics sectors.
The patent attorneys were highly visible once again in EPO oppositions, where they represented regular clients including Thyssenkrupp and Certoplast. To a lesser extent, the team is also active for its regular clients in infringement proceedings alongside external litigation boutiques and conducts a large number of nullity suits.

Patent prosecution with technical expertise in engineering, especially for the automotive and sanitation industry.
