Once again, this well-positioned patent attorney firm in Munich stood out for intensive litigation for Samsung. For what is perhaps the firm’s most important regular client, Joel Nägerl and team fought against a whole host of NPEs (including Fipa) regarding mobile communications patents. But work is by no means limited to this important line of business for the Korean company. The patent attorneys recently battled for the conglomerate against Varta over battery technology.
