GOWLING WLG – Germany 2016

Rankings

JUVE Comment

This respected litigation practice in Munich is steadily developing activity for regular clients and clients from its strong international network. Fittingly with regard to the latter, preeminent IP firm Wragge from the UK merged with Graham to form Gowling WLG in early 2016. The firm also boasts a strong IP specialty in Canada and good ties to US firms. The referrals to be expected from North America may buoy up the patents practice in its further expansion into becoming a competitive European litigation practice – also in view of the UPC. The German team stepped up activity for NPEs and is playing a growing part within Gowling’s European presence.
