This recommended Düsseldorf firm was again one of Germany’s most active patent attorney firms when it came to litigation. König and von Renesse’s involvement in high-profile infringement proceedings and nullity/opposition suits with a pharmaceuticals background for Bayer subgroups, Eli Lilly and Amgen was a familiar picture.
