This leading firm in patents is one of the standout patent litigation firms thanks to numerous opposition and nullity suits conducted primarily by patent attorneys like Ehlers and Göken. The patent attorneys are also very experienced litigating in infringement proceedings (e.g. for Enercon, Philips and Nordson), and traditionally active globally, with one example the ground-breaking arbitration work for Enercon in India.
