Outside of Vienna, this Innsbruck firm is one of few market players with an excellent name for all fields of IP law. This is largely thanks to the vast litigation experience of name partner Stefan Warbek’s as well as his excellent ties to several patent attorney firms.

The firm has a large base of Mittelstand clients, some of whom are active internationally. Warbek is often active for the Austrian Ski Association, most recently in connection with a breach of unfair competition law against online betting provider bwin. The firm also protects the Austrian IP interests of a number of international companies.

Clients appreciate the firm’s all-round IP approach and call on the team frequently for licensing agreements and R&D collaborations. The firm is just as partner-focused as some of its boutique competitors, such as Salomonowitz, and is in no way inferior when it comes to size.
