About Us
Since 1888, Abello Ip Firm has built its value on a strong collaboration between scientists and lawyers in order to foster high technicality and mixed profiles. Our ambition is to create true “lawyer-engineers” capable of handling both the technical and legal issues.
We assist companies both in the management of their intangible assets and in their contractual and litigation relations, particularly in the areas of patents, trademarks, models, copyright and trade secrets.
With offices in Paris and Sophia Antipolis (South East France), the Abello IP Group has a staff of around 30 employees, including 18 professional lawyers, patent attorneys, legal experts and engineers.
Benefiting from a strong international dimension focused on Europe and Asia, Abello IP Firm offers legal support to its clients thanks to its South Korea Desk and the UPCLA EEIG (United Patent Cooperation Lawyers and Attorneys), which brings together some of the most reputable European patent law firms and patent attorneys in Europe.
