About Dr. Wolfgang Weiß
Wolfgang is partner in the chemistry and life science department of Weickmann & Weickmann since 1994. He is advising clients in the field of biochemistry, immunology, pharmaceuticals, consumer products and medical devices. His special expertise includes drafting of patent applications, oppositions and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office, nullity proceedings before the German Patent Court the Federal High Court, and infringement proceedings before German civil courts. He has also profound experience in patent portfolio management preparing FTO, infringement and validity opinions.
Wolfgang studied chemistry in Munich and obtained his PhD in molecular biology. Since 1993, he is German and European Patent Attorney.
