Judy McCullagh leverages her nearly 20 years of intellectual property experience to assist clients with all aspects related to trade mark matters. She is qualified to practice before the Irish, European, and UK trade marks offices. Judy has experience in various technological fields, including in the pharmaceutical, nutrition, retail, clothing, construction, veterinary, and food and beverage spaces.
Judy serves an international client base operating in vast and varied arenas. She assists in the management of all aspects of trade mark portfolios, including providing pre-filing advice, reviewing and advising on pre-filing searches, and dealing with trade mark prosecutions, oppositions, revocations and invalidations. She also has extensive experience negotiating amicable settlement agreements. Prior to joining Finnegan, Judy worked for one of the leading intellectual property firms based in Dublin, Ireland, and, early in her career, served as a technical assistant for a firm in London.
Judy prides herself on providing client-focused, strategic, relevant, and practical advice. She has a keen business acumen and strives to always be pro-active instead of re-active when representing clients.
